ive been finding the forums now here it is nice work bringing it back!now where is everybody ?

Well, things have changed and spEc isn't exactly what it used to be.
It's not an active clan anymore, and many of us have quit/lost interest for SA:MP altogether.
It is sad that this had to happen, but like with all things, they will come to an end.
It was the most positive decision to just close spEc as it is (which doesn't mean spEc is no more, it is still a clan),
but what i mean with that is that no invitations are welcomed nor new applications.
